The accommodation is thoughtfully designed over three floors. The ground floor includes a spacious kitchen/dining room, a comfortable living room, and a conservatory that features a sofa bed, perfect for additional sleeping arrangements. A shower room with a WC is also conveniently located on this level. The first floor is home to a luxurious king-size bedroom with an en suite shower room and balcony access, along with two twin bedrooms and a family bath/shower room. The second floor offers a twin bedroom and a double bedroom, complemented by another shower room with a WC, ensuring ample space for guests.
Guests will appreciate the various amenities available, including a five-ring gas hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and washer/dryer in the kitchen. While WiFi is provided, it is noted that the connection is not superfast, making it suitable primarily for emails and browsing. The property also includes luxuries such as a surround sound system in the conservatory, with all electricity and heating costs covered. Bed linen is provided, although guests are asked to bring their own towels, and additional items like a travel cot and highchair can be arranged if needed.
Outdoors, the property features a very large enclosed shared rear garden, complete with garden furniture and sun loungers, perfect for enjoying the sunny Welsh weather. The front of the property offers shared lawns and ample parking for both cars and boats. It is important to note that pets are not permitted, and smoking is prohibited inside the property. Short breaks are available during low season, with the potential for last-minute offers at other times.
