Guests can also enjoy a glimpse of the magnificent Canterbury Cathedral from the windows, enhancing the overall experience of this picturesque setting.
Each apartment is equipped with well-appointed kitchens that include essential appliances such as a microwave, washing machine with dryer functionality, iron and ironing board, kettle, toaster, and various cooking utensils and pans. This thoughtful setup caters to both short and longer stays, ensuring that guests have everything they need for a comfortable visit. For families traveling with infants, we offer additional amenities upon request, including a travel cot, high chair, baby bath, and children's toys, making it easier for parents to manage their little ones during their stay.
To maintain a peaceful environment, we have implemented strict policies against events and parties, supported by crowd and noise monitoring devices throughout the property. While we prioritize guest privacy, it is important to note that video entry monitoring is in place outside the property. Inside the apartments, monitoring devices are used to ensure comfort without compromising privacy, as they do not record audio or video and are not located in bedrooms or bathrooms. Additionally, we enforce a no-pet policy to maintain a clean and serene atmosphere for all guests.
Our self-check-in process is designed for convenience, allowing guests to access the property via a lockbox with provided access codes upon arrival. To streamline the check-in experience, guests are required to complete pre-check-in information, including personal details, trip specifics, and identification verification. A security deposit of £500 is also pre-authorized on credit cards prior to check-in. Guests can enhance their stay with optional add-ons, such as early check-in, late check-out, and additional cleaning services.
