The Brunswick Street Residence is an inviting and spacious apartment situated in the heart of Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland, accommodating up to 8 guests. This newly renovated property boasts a bright and airy atmosphere, enhanced by modern furnishings and thoughtful design. Its prime location allows easy access to key attractions such as Leith, the New Town, and the Old Town, all within a short walking distance. The apartment is split over two levels, featuring the main living areas and one bedroom on the lower floor, while two additional bedrooms are located upstairs.

Guests can unwind in the generous lounge area, furnished with comfortable sofas, a flatscreen TV with a DVD player, an iPod dock, and a cozy wood-burning stove, perfect for relaxation. The contemporary kitchen diner is well-equipped for home cooking, featuring modern appliances and a large dining table for shared meals. The accommodation includes three spacious bedrooms, each with zip and link beds that can be configured as either twin or double beds, providing flexibility for various guest arrangements. Additionally, the lounge offers a quality sofa bed to accommodate two extra guests, while two modern bathrooms enhance the convenience of the space.

The apartment is located on the third floor and does not have lift access, making it best suited for families or considerate groups, as hen, stag, or party groups are not permitted. Although free parking is not available, paid street parking can be found nearby, and private parking is offered at the Omni Q-Park car park. Guests will benefit from a key safe system for self-check-in, with access available from 4 PM onwards. Early entry may be arranged based on availability, and a late departure can also be accommodated for a fee, provided there are no subsequent bookings for that day.

To ensure a smooth stay, a £200 refundable damage/security deposit is required one week prior to arrival, with a strict non-smoking policy in place. At least one guest must be over 25 years old, and guests are encouraged to coordinate their arrival with the property manager at least 24 hours in advance. The area surrounding the apartment is rich with attractions, including the iconic Edinburgh Castle, the Royal Mile, and family-friendly activities like Camera Obscura and World of Illusions. Outdoor enthusiasts can explore nearby fishing opportunities or enjoy horse riding, making this residence an ideal base for experiencing the vibrant culture and natural beauty of Edinburgh.
