Welcome to our group, family and pet friendly Rutland View Apartment, aptly named due to the gorgeous views across the countryside from the dining area.

Newly refurbished, modern and spacious, sleeping up to to 8 guests.

The Accommodation

With a king-size bed in the master bedroom, 5 single beds (x4 can be put together to make doubles) and an extra bed is located in the living room for an additional guest. An additional travel cot can be added to the master bedroom (cot available upon request)

Fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, fridge and freezer and all of the usual amenities needed for your stay. The washing marching, iron and ironing board are located in the store room off the living room

Put on the electric fire and LED candles in the evening for added cosiness and to help you unwind after a long day exploring.

Hot drinks provided including Twining’s tea, Nescafe coffee selection and hot chocolate with marshmallows and chocolate treats.

About the area

Just 5 miles drive from Rutland Water, close to the gorgeous market towns of Stamford (7 miles), Uppingham (6 miles) & Oakham (8 miles), with lots local shops, cafes & bakeries you must try. There are lots of country walks close by too.

Located on the outskirts of Morcott, Oakham, along the A47.

There is also an Indian restaurant next door and a garage on site.

Browne's Hospital and Museum and Rutland Open Air Theatre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include International Swimming Pool and Barnsdale Gardens. East Carlton Country Park and The Rutland Falconry and Owl Centre are also worth visiting.
