The property is a classic London terraced house, located on a really lovely and peaceful side street just off the main drag in Tooting. It’s approximately a 5 minute walk from Tooting Bec station, which has Northern line trains into the city centre in around 10 - 15 minutes – so it’s really handy!
You’ll enter using a lockbox and keys, which makes check-in and check-out hassle-free. Once inside, you’ll find a really spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area, stocked with spices and utensils. It’s great for socialising before you head out (so much better than ahotel bar!). Prefer a sofa? There’s a separate, cosy living room with a TV and seating.
Upstairs, you’ll find three double bedrooms all with hotel-quality linens, as well as towels and complimentary toiletries. There’s good storage in each, and the mattresses and pillows are all very recent purchases and comfortable. One bathroom has a shower-tub combo, and the
other has a shower – both have toilets and sink stations.
There’s a small garden for the summer months! Great for a mornings coffee or evening GandT

• Lost keys or forgotten keys incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is £150
• Any type of illegal activity is strictly prohibited
• Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is £250 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted
• A refundable security deposit of £500 will be pre-authorized and this will be refunded after check-out. Alternatively, you may opt to pay a non-refundable £35 damage waiver fee in lieu of the security deposit. This is via the verification platform SuperHog.
