The interior of Apartment 1 has been recently refurbished to a high standard, showcasing premium furnishings throughout. On the ground floor, guests can enjoy a cozy living room furnished with two sofas and a flat-screen TV, along with a dining area that comfortably seats all guests around a wooden table. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and cookware, allowing for easy meal preparation. A bathroom with a bathtub, overhead shower, WC, and wash basin is also conveniently located on this floor.
As guests ascend to the first floor, they will find a master bedroom featuring a king-size bed, a second twin bedroom, and an additional bathroom with a bath and overhead rainfall shower. The second floor houses another king bedroom and a single bedroom, both characterized by sloped ceilings that provide a tranquil and cozy atmosphere. To ensure the protection of the property, a £250 damage deposit or a £25 accidental damage waiver is required from guests prior to their stay.
