Located only a few minutes drive outside of St Andrews, situated in the beautiful surrounding countryside with stunning views overlooking the River Eden estuary.

The Garden Flat, West Kincaple House is situated only a few minutes drive outside of St Andrews, in the village of Kincaple. The spacious driveway is capable of easily accommodating multiple vehicles from several households.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property, with the exception of a few locked storage cupboards. No rooms will be off-limits and all contents within the house are there for our guests use including wifi, the TV and the cooking implements.
