The ground floor includes two well-appointed double bedrooms—one with a king-size bed and the other with a queen-size bed—along with a charming bunk room. A modern shower room is conveniently located at the front of the house, while the rear boasts an open-plan kitchen and dining area. This bright space features a dining table that seats eight, ideal for family meals. A separate bathroom is also accessible from this area, enhancing the convenience of the layout.
Ascending from the kitchen, guests will discover a delightful kids' den and snug area situated under the eaves, featuring two single beds and a TV, providing a perfect hideaway for younger family members. Outside, the property boasts a lovely terrace complete with a large dining table and benches, as well as a separate raised garden area and an outdoor hot water shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Parking is generally available for two vehicles directly outside the house, with ample additional spaces nearby.
