Inside, The New Pin offers a modern and comfortable living space, designed to enhance the seaside experience. The ground floor comprises a cozy lounge equipped with a large surround sofa and a 37" plasma TV for entertainment. The open-plan kitchen and dining area boast high-end finishes, including granite countertops and a wine cooler, along with a dining table that comfortably seats six. Additionally, a luxury wet room with a walk-in shower is conveniently located on this level, providing a touch of elegance and practicality for guests.
On the first floor, guests will find three generously sized bedrooms featuring king-size beds, ample storage, and quality linens for a restful night's sleep. The second luxury bathroom on this level includes a large bath shower, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests. The property also offers a unique rooftop snug with breathtaking sea views, making it an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Access to the cottage is straightforward, with keys provided in a lockbox for easy entry upon arrival.
For those concerned about sustainability, arrangements can be made to offset carbon emissions for a small fee. Guests should note that check-in is after 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM. Parking is available a short 10-minute walk from the property, with temporary parking allowed for unloading luggage. A non-refundable deposit and a refundable accidental damage deposit are required to secure the booking.
