The Space:
The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of central Manchester’s Northern Quarter and a stone’s throw (no, literally) away from Piccadilly station.

This large, open-plan living space combines 12ft high ceilings, beautiful dark wood flooring, and high-end design whilst still capturing the character of the period building.

This property is perfectly located right in the heart of the iconic ‘Northern Quarter’ of the city centre. Surrounded by locals’ favourite cafés, bars, and independent shops, your experience here will certainly be one of a kind. With direct access to the larger shopping districts just a stroll away, the whole of the city sits at your fingertips.

(Hint: we highly recommend a trip to ‘North Star Café for a coffee and a bite to eat).

Both bedrooms are of great size and are dressed to perfection in the finest bed linens, featuring our luxurious king-size beds, all to aid you in the perfect night’s sleep.

No expense has been spared when designing this property and we have thought of everything you might need. You’ll find the large, open-plan kitchen sitting beautifully in the heart of the property – fit with custom walnut shelving, beautiful quartz worktops and plentiful appliances and cookware. Kitted out to perfection and ready for anything from serving up one of Manchester’s many amazing takeaways to preparing your home-cooked meals from scratch.

Whether you wish to serve and seat up at the large kitchen island bar, the retro and welcoming dining area, or even cuddled up on our luxurious sofa, your dining experience will be one to enjoy.


The living space features a 55-inch television (fit with an entertainment package and all the streaming and smart services one could wish for) facing a super comfortable and stylish sofa/sofa bed. This will open into a standard double bed and boosts total guest capacity to 6 in this property.

Over in the bathrooms is where you will feel the full extent of this unique apartment's charm. Surrounded by shades of green, one-of-a-kind tiles, fluted glass shower screens and luxurious brass fixtures… who says bathrooms must be boring? Whether you are a bath or shower type of person, you will feel right at home during your time at The Jacksonheim Residences!

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the whole apartment. Check-in and check-out instructions will be emailed to you prior to the stay via a link which also provides all other information needed for your stay.

There is a Pure gym located within a 5 minute walk of the property and is shared with other members. Day and month memberships can purchased.

In the unlikely event that the lift is not working, you will need to take the stairs.

You may need to take the waste out to the waste deposit area in the basement of the building. If you do so, you will be provided with a key fob and advised on access.

Other Things to Note:
In order to protect both the property and our guests, all guests are required to complete the MANDATORY deposit hold on our guest portal, powered by Enso Connect. The deposit hold places a £250 authorisation hold on a card of your choosing. No monies are taken from your card unless any damages are caused during your stay or additional fee’s are incurred during your stay. This could be for things like late checkout and other services, extra guests and or extra nights.

Please ensure these are completed prior to your stay as guests will not be able to access the apartments until your Enso verification and deposit hold is complete.
