There’s a large sofa / double sofa bed in here which invites you to kick off your shoes and take it easy after a long day’s exploring or working. It also converts into a comfy double bed for guests 5 and 6 if you have that many in your group.
And, if you’ve got meals planned, perhaps to celebrate a special occasion, the dining table gives you a great space at which to gather. Of course, once the plates are cleared away, this table can be used for card or board games, as well as for work if you’re visiting on business.
A low wall separates this area from the kitchen, so whoever’s preparing snacks and meals needn’t miss out on what everyone’s up to in the lounge. It’s a smart space with wooden cabinets and quality countertops playing host to an array of quality appliances that’ll make preparing tasty breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks and suppers a real pleasure.
2 BEDROOMS
There’s a bedroom on each of this duplex apartment’s two floors. The bedroom on the ground floor is the smaller of the two, but there’s still room aplenty in here for 2 single beds which can be joined to form a double bed if you’d prefer (just tell your hosts your preference before you arrive). You also get plenty of storage space for your belongings. Upstairs is the loft-style master bedroom, measuring an impressive 5.7m x 4.25m. Plenty of space, then, for another 2 single beds or 1 double bed (you decide), again with a quality mattress and bedding to help you get a great night’s sleep. You also get your own 42" 4K flat screen TV to watch from the comfort of your bed and yet more storage space for your belongings.
THE BATHROOM
You’re sure to enjoy freshening up in this bathroom with a sky light which is up on the second floor next to the master bedroom. It features a bright and modern suite including a tub with shower head over, so you can choose to lie back for a soak if you have the time, or take a refreshing shower if you’re in more of a rush. Your hosts will provide towels and toiletries.

The duplex apartment is located in Bush Hill Park, just south of Enfield and north of Walthamstow and Wood Green. It’s a residential neighbourhood that’s ideal for people who need easy access to London, but want to stay somewhere away from the hustle and bustle.
The apartment is just a short walk from Bush Hill Park, a great place to take leisurely walks, hire a bicycle, play tennis, or keep the kids entertained. There is also a golf club nearby, so if you fancy a round, you won’t have far to go.
You also have easy access to Enfield town centre from here, when you’ll find all kinds of shops, coffee shops, bars and restaurants to keep you refreshed and entertained. And, if you’re on business with clients/work in the town centre, getting there is quick and easy.
Plus, of course, you have everything that London has to offer just a short train ride away!
Bush Hill Park Overground station is just a short walk south of the apartment. From there, you can catch regular train services north to Enfield Town and south into London Liverpool Street. The area is well served by buses too. And you can always book an Uber to get you where you need to go. Staying here gives you easy access to the A10 and M25, both major road routes serving London. If you’re bringing a car, there is free on-street parking near the apartment.
