This apartment is an ideal base for those looking to explore the historic town of St Andrews and perfect for couples with a child.

The Space:
Guests can either park for free at the side of the road in front of the building, or in the private car park behind the building.
A shared entrance is located at the back of the building. Upon entering, you will have to ascend the staircase up two flights to reach the entrance to the apartment.
The apartment is on one level, with doors leading off the hallway to the living room/kitchen, master bedroom with en-suite, and a further two bedrooms and main bathroom.
A door leads out of the master bedroom, to a small balcony at the rear of the building.
Guest Access:
Upon arrival, guests with check themselves into the apartment using a key in the key safe at the property, the location and code for which will be messaged to guests seven days before they are due to arrive.
Guests will have full access to the entire property. No rooms will be off limits and all contents within the flat are there for our guests use including wifi, the TV and the cooking implements.
Where you'll be:
St Andrews is home to the Royal and Ancient Golf Club and the famous Old Course. Its amenities include Scotland's oldest university, founded in 1413, beautiful award winning beaches, historic buildings, including the ruins of the cathedral, castle and St Rule's Tower and a wide variety of specialist shops and restaurants. Renowned worldwide as "the home of golf” St Andrews has seven world-class links courses and others in the area include The Dukes, Kingsbarns and the Fairmont St Andrews complex. Within 15 minutes drive you have an absolute wealth of beauty with the East Neuk of Fife and its picturesque towns and villages, including Crail, Elie, Kingsbarns and many more.
Getting around:
Everything in St Andrews is within walking distance, be it the sights, the beaches, the aquarium, the Links golf courses and many more facilities. The bus routes are all frequent and easy to use. Taxis are relatively cheap given the short distances between places in St Andrews.
