Located in the Peak District's most popular spa town of Buxton. This spacious three bedroom apartment is an ideal base for families or friends. Our apartment is on two levels with multiple seating areas, made functional with families in mind, accommodating up to six guests.
Free off road street parking, an array of local amenities within walking distance.
Situated in a fantastic location to take in all the surrounding countryside and attractions including Pooles Cavern & Grin Low Country park
The space
Compton Apartment is on the first floor, on this level there is a spacious bright lounge, dining room and breakfast seating area, the modern kitchen and bathroom are also located on this level.
The second floor comprises of the king size and twin bedrooms, with a large landing offering an ideal work space.
The apartment access is via a shared stairwell which has automatic lighting for your safety, once inside the apartment it is airy and light.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire self-contained apartment.

PLEASE NOTE
Check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
A £100 charge will be applied for unauthorised late checkout or early check in. £50 fee is charged for call out if you forget the keys and lost keys are charged at £100 for replacement locks. Please be careful with them.
Smoking is strictly forbidden. A fine of £200 will be charged when discovered.
No extra guests are allowed in the property at any time without prior permission and no parties/loud music allowed.
Please be careful not to leave anything behind when you checkout!
A separate company deals with shipping lost property and charge a minimum £25 per item plus shipping costs.
PETS
We are happy to accommodate up to two well behaved pets, there is additional £25 charge to cover extra cleaning
PARKING
Free on street parking available close to the property however we cannot guarantee or reserve a space.

Peak District National Park and Buxton and Poole's Cavern Country Park reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Chestnut Centre Otter, Owl and Wildlife Park and Peak Volumes. Bloomers Original Bakewell Puddings and Baked Well Pottery Painting are also worth visiting.
