The apartment features a well-designed first-floor layout that includes an open plan kitchen, living, and dining area, allowing guests to unwind while enjoying stunning views of the sea. Each of the three bedrooms is furnished with king-size beds, with the master bedroom offering an ensuite shower room, a large bay window with sea views, and a flat-screen TV. The stylish bathroom is equipped with marble-look tiles, a bathtub, and a separate walk-in shower, ensuring a modern and comfortable experience for all guests.

Guests have full access to the apartment, with secure key access provided prior to arrival. To ensure the property is protected during bookings, a £250 damage deposit or an Accidental Damage Waiver is required. A parking scratch card is also provided for free parking in designated areas of Whitby, along with additional nearby parking options. However, the property does not accept bookings for stag or hen parties and same-sex groups.
