Welcome to our charming top-floor 2-bedroom apartment situated in the heart of Liverpool's Georgian Quarter, an ideal retreat for couples, families, and corporate guests. This well-appointed space can accommodate up to six guests, featuring two beautifully designed bedrooms, a modern open-plan kitchen, and a cozy living area. Guests can enjoy stunning views of the Georgian Quarter and the impressive Anglican Cathedral from this elevated position. The apartment is designed for comfort and convenience, with a spacious living room equipped with a large Smart TV and a double sofa bed for additional guests. The first bedroom includes a king-size bed and another Smart TV, while the second bedroom features a double bed. Recent upgrades such as secondary glazing have been installed to enhance soundproofing for a better guest experience. The kitchen comes fully equipped with essential appliances, including a microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and oven, while the bathroom offers a shower over the bath, toilet, and basin. A baby chair and cot are available upon request, making this apartment family-friendly.
