In the heart of the city, you are within walking distance of many of London's most famous attractions - the ideal base for your trip!

The Space:
Perfect for famlies, couples or business travellers alike, the combination of 2x 1 bedroom properties means there is privacy when required, and more than enough space and amenities for up to 6 guests to live in absolute comfort. Each beautiful apartment has been finished to a high standard with comfortable furnishings and stylish fixtures and fittings throughout. You have access to 2 generous open plan living spaces, featuring high ceilings and large windows that bathe the rooms in light. Each has a comfortable sofa, armchair and smart Tv, as well as free wifi throughout. There are 2 stunning kitchens, fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals at home, plus a breakfast bar to enjoy a quick meal or cook and socialse at the same time! The spacious bedrooms feature plenty of storage space for clothes and comfortable king size beds with crisp hotel linen. There are 2 modern bathrooms, featuring large rainfall showers, toilets and sinks, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use. There are 2 sofa beds for 1 person (1 in each living area) that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 5 or 6 guests when booking). Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to both apartments during their stay.

The Neighborhood:
Located in Holborn just a stonesthrow from the tube station, you are within walking distance of shops bars, restaurants and famous attractions. The British Museum is less than 5 minutes walk away, and Covent Garden and the theatre district is just 10 minutes on foot.

Getting Around:
Holborn tube station is just seconds away, with links to the rest of London. There are also many bus routes nearby, and you will find most of what you need is within walking distance. Hailing a black cab is easilly done from the road just outside.

Other Things to Note:
- There are 2 sofa beds for 1 person (1 in each living area) that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 5 or 6 guests when booking).
-Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.
-All guests must present their passport/ID upon check-in.
-For check-ins after 10pm there will be fees.
-If you fail to arrive at the property within an hour from your scheduled arrival time there will be a fee of £10 for each extra hour you are late. If we need to rearrange your check-in to a later time on the day there will be a £20 fee (if the check-in is later than 22:00 late check-in fees will also apply).
-If you are delayed, please let us know in advance, and depending on the notice, we may be able to rearrange check-in.
- For check-ins between 22:00 and 00:00 there is a £50 fee.
- For check-ins after 00:00 there is a £75 fee
- We may be able to arrange a late check-out after 10am if you let us know in advance and depending on the availability of the property.
- Late check-outs are charged at £10 per hour after 10am.
- If you break something, let us know before you check-out so that we can replace it before the next guest arrives.Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to allow time for us to make necessary arrangements.

For security reasons:
We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
