This apartment has excellent transport connections, New Street Station is only a two minute walk away and free parking in our Residents part of the Arcadian Centre car park on Bromsgrove Street; this car park is also monitored 24 hours by CCTV making it extra secure for our guests.

The apartment is professionally cleaned after every guest and stocked with a range of kitchen and bathroom amenities. Keys are collected from a 24 hour on site security team.

Free Parking is included in this booking, access to the car park and apartment will be included in your check in details email sent 48 hours before check in. Key Collection is done on arrival and will be issued by the Arcadian Security team, please see your Check-in Details email for instructions. We also have video guides upon request for entry to the building whether you are arriving by foot or by car.

Booking confirmation & online check-in instructions will be sent to you via a guest email. Please complete your online check-in as soon as possible! Early check-in and Late check-out can be pre-arranged for £10 per hour *where available* by using the email or messaging us directly through the booking platform used to make your reservation. Unfortunately, we incur an additional charge from the Cleaning Company for reducing the turnover time between guests.
