Immaculately clean and furnished with Uk made eco-friendly organic products, this home is a peaceful retreat after a busy day exploring the bustle of the West End; Notting Hill, Kensington, Mayfair and Oxford, Covent Garden and beyond this will be your tranquil hideaway.

Across a grand white portico, with tiled steps up to the entrance way with obsidian chandeliers to our lower ground floor apartment, and you will find our private and quiet 2-bedroom 2-bathroom home with a modern artistic interior. In the heart of the home is a light and plant filled heated conservatory with an electric opening roof, ensuring comfort in all seasons.

The stylish living/dining room opens onto the conservatory which not only provides a light and airy feel to the apartment but also offers an alternate living and dining space. The main living room has a very large framed Art TV, glass dining table and a black designer sofa (bed).

The master bedroom is for relaxing, with a super comfortable emperor-sized oak framed bed, quality linens, towels, plenty of storage and an ensuite with a large freestanding bath in which to unwind after a busy day.

The second bedroom, whilst smaller, has a top quality double bed, soft linens, towels, storage, and luxury shower room that’s better than many top hotels.

The full size fully equipped kitchen has a gas oven and cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, and integrated refrigerator/freezer along with hi quality cookware and everything you could need should you wish to dine at home.

Completing the two bathrooms there is a powder room/second W.C. in the property, and a laundry area with full washer and dryer tucked away in the conservatory.

To ensure you can stay connected to family and friends, super-fast WIFI is available throughout the apartment, and a selection of cables and chargers should you forget them.

The property is serviced by 6 tube lines and multiple bus routes all within minutes, making travel in and around London very convenient.

We engage the services of a professional management company to ensure we are always contactable, and your stay is stress free.

For babies, the porta cot and linens are available free of charge as part of your overall booking.

Due to the layout and fittings in this apartment, we do not recommend this property for toddlers and young children.

Not too much noise coming in and out, no litter in common areas, no rubbish bags outside building - take them to large black painted bins opposite or get a large fine, CCTV in street!

We offer flexible check-in and check-out times, however where we have guests coming or leaving the same day we may apply check-in times after 15:00 and check-out times before 11:00.

Late check-in needs to be pre-arranged and confirmed with us at least 3 days before arrival and they are subject to the following charges for arrival between these times:
From 19:00 to 22:00 - £40
From 22:00 to 00:00 - £65
From 00:00 to 7:00 - £100

*These prices may differ during public holidays (e.g. Christmas Day the charge will be £100 and checkin has to be before 18:00 latest)
These fees need to be paid in advance and cannot be paid at the property.

If your arrival time is delayed beyond 1 hour then please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate the delay however we may need to re-arrange the check-in time or for you to collect the keys from us if we have other pre-arranged commitments.

If you stay beyond your agreed check-out time you will be liable to pay for an extra night at your average nightly price.

The cleaning fee covers cleaning and preparation of the property for your stay as well as a set of fresh linen and towelling provided for each guest. This includes one set per your stay, should you require additional towelling or linen please request this or if you have opened a fresh pack even if you use only a few items there will be a charge of £30 per pack - each pack contains fresh linen, large and small towels.

Any sort of parties, gatherings or events are strictly not permitted, the property is for accommodation purposes only for the guests staying. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise or any activity that would disturb the neighbours. If it's been reported that there are any parties or events or noise disturbance then you may be required to leave the property immediately without the remaining nights being refunded. There is a charge of £500 if any evidence of a party, gathering or event at the property have been found exclusive of any charges relating to damages or additional cleaning costs to get the property in good order again. We trust you will respect the property and neighbours during your stay.

You are required to keep the place reasonably clean and tidy - no dirty dishes left over or excessive rubbish to be disposed of as this is not included in the cleaning charge. If the place is very messy or untidy or there is excessive rubbish to be disposed of then we will need to request an extra cleaning fee.

There is a strictly no smoking policy inside or in any outside spaces (which includes garden spaces, balconies, terraces or patios) belonging to the accommodation, if this policy is not adhered to a charge of GBP 150.00 will be applied.

No pets are allowed unless shown on the listing as permitted or expressly agreed with the owner.

Lost keys, damaged keys or getting locked out will incur a charge starting from £100 for replacement depending on the type of key and time required or getting you back in the property if you have locked yourself out.

We do not accept Cash payment for any of the charges mentioned above.

This apartment is located in London City Centre, a neighborhood in London. Oxford Street and Westfield London Shopping Centre are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Hyde Park and Finsbury Park. Check out an event or a game at Wembley Stadium, and consider making time for Natural History Museum, a top attraction not to be missed.
