Tourist favourites like Harrods are a 10 min bus ride. Come home to relax in a beautifully light and airy flat, recently renovated with tasteful furniture and new beds. Cook excellent home meals in the large, open-plan kitchen or step outside into the very heart of the buzzing local neighbourhood – London is your oyster.

The flat is located in a residential building, just 30 seconds from Queenstown Road Station. Trains run very regularly into Waterloo taking 7 minutes. There is a bus stop right outside the flat too, or Battersea Park Overground station is 2 minutes away if you’re heading in a different direction.

You’ll enter the flat using a lockbox and keys – so there’s no need to meet an agent, or deal with the hassle of guided check-in when you just want to relax! Once inside, you’ll find a lovely and bright open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, two double bedrooms, and a bathroom.

The kitchen is our favourite part of the property: light pours in, and the gentle bustle and buzz of the city floats in too. It’s fully-equipped with all the utensils you’d expect to find in any lived-in kitchen, and there’s even a spice rack too. It’s a fantastic area to socialise in before you head out.

Both bedrooms are made up with hotel-quality linens during the professional clean, and we provide fresh towels and complimentary toiletries too. There is storage in both rooms.

I want to make sure you have a pleasant, hassle-free stay! To ensure you have the best experience possible and to maintain the property and the good relationship with the community, here are additional house rules:

• Lost keys or forgotten keys incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is £150

• Any type of illegal activity is strictly prohibited

• Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is £250 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted

• A refundable security deposit of £500 will be pre-authorized and this will be refunded after check-out. Alternatively, you may opt to pay a non-refundable £35 damage waiver fee in lieu of the security deposit. This is via the verification platform SuperHog.

Please follow the house rules to avoid additional fees and the security deposit charge.
