Summary:
This incredibly central apartment is in an amazing location - just a short walk to Waterloo Station, the London Eye, Big Ben and Westminster! There is everything you need for up to 5 guests (with use of sofa bed) to enjoy a comfortable and homely stay in London. There are 2 double bedrooms with crisp hotel linen, a bright and spacious living room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and family bathroom.
The Space:
The apartment is located on the second floor (no lift) of a red brick apartment complex. There are two double bedrooms with ample storage space for clothes and belongings and beds made up with crisp hotel linen. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook meals at home, including an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, pots & pans and utensils. There is a sofa bed for 1 person in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 5 guests when booking). The family bathroom has a bath and shower as well as complimentary toiletries for you to use.
Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the whole apartment.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is just a short stroll from the South Bank – here you will find a number of attractions including the London Eye, Southbank Centre and a lovely walking path along the river Thames towards the Tate Modern and other attractions. Cross the bridge over the river to Westminster with the famous Houses of Parliament and Big Ben, and then beyond that, you can take a stroll through St.James' Park to Buckingham Palace. If theatre is more your thing and you want to sample something different from the musicals of the West End, check out performances at the Vaults or the National Theatre, both within easy walking distance. Additionally, the fact that you are so close to Waterloo Station means you can connect with a 15 minute tube ride to essentially anywhere you might want to go in central London – from Oxford Circus and Regent Street to the luxury shopping of Bond Street to shows in the West End.
Getting Around:
Waterloo station is just a 5 minute walk away, with various underground links taking you across London within minutes, as well as National Rail services to the rest of the country. There are also several bus routes leaving from the main road 2 minutes from the apartment.

There is a sofa bed for 1 person in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 3 guests when booking).
-Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.
-All guests must present their passport/ID upon check-in
-For check-ins after 10pm there will be fees
-If you fail to arrive at the property within an hour from your scheduled arrival time there will be a fee of £10 for each extra hour you are late. If we need to rearrange your check-in to a later time on the day there will be a £20 fee (if the check-in is later than 22:00 late check-in fees will also apply).
-If you are delayed, please let us know in advance, and depending on the notice, we may be able to able to rearrange check-in.
- For check-ins between 22:00 and 00:00 there is a £50 fee.
- For check-ins after 00:00 there is a £75 fee
- We may be able to arrange a late check-out after 10am if you let us know in advance and depending on the availability of the property.
- Late check-outs are charged at £10 per hour after 10am.
