With its many amazing eateries, artisan shops and art galleries/ artists studios and the Royal Yacht Britannia just a short walk from the front door it's an ideal location from where to explore Edinburgh. It sleeps up to 5 guests in 2 beds and a very comfortable sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need. Towels and bedding are provided.

The apartment has a lovely modern open plan kitchen dining living room with high ceilings and traditional features throughout. The bedroom is spacious and features a king size and a single bed and a walk in wardrobe with plenty space to keep all your belongings.

The living room has a large corner sofa bed that can be easily transformed into a comfortable double bed.

The bedroom looks out onto a shared garden which can be accessed through an external door or directly from the bedrooms window.

The flat also has a private patio with seating area to the front of the property.
Guest access
Everything that can be seen on the property pictures can be accessed by the guests. Only the back garden us shared with the neighbours.

This apartment is located in Leith, a neighborhood in Edinburgh. Edinburgh Castle and Royal Mile are notable landmarks and Edinburgh Zoo is a popular area attraction. Royal Botanic Garden and Camera Obscura and World of Illusions are also worth visiting.
