Situated just off the main cliff road and close to the Esplanade Gardens, the apartment is perfect for both the beach and the town's many amenities.
This is a perfect base for a traditional bucket and spade holiday by the sea.
All Ground Floor: Sitting room/dining room A wonderful light and airy room with a large bay window giving oblique views of the sea and sunsets. Wooden flooring. Two comfortable leather sofas, rug. Large television with Freeview and DVD player. Dining table and chairs. Kitchen area Well equipped and well presented. Electric cooker and gas hob. Fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Bathroom Spacious with bath and shower over, wash basin and WC. Bedroom one Large high ceilinged room with double bed. Bedroom two Three full sized single beds. Outside: There is private parking to the rear of the property for one car and a sitting out area to the front with table and chairs to watch the sunsets from. Additional Information: The WiFi at Bay View is mobile and subject to a fair usage policy of no downloading or streaming. It is for web browsing and emails only. Excess use will have to be charged for. Sorry, no pets.
