Set within an exclusive and secluded resort that overlooks a serene cove, 33 Lower Stables is just a short distance from the vibrant port town of Falmouth, known for its rich history. The surrounding countryside offers a peaceful retreat for those who appreciate nature, with established trees providing shelter to the resort's properties.
The resort features a range of amenities designed for leisure and relaxation, including a large indoor heated swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, and a sauna. For recreational activities, guests can enjoy two tennis courts, pool and table tennis tables, and a children's play area. Scenic walks along the South West Coastal Path are available for outdoor enthusiasts, while the sandy beach promises endless fun for families. Although the tennis courts are currently closed for maintenance, they are expected to reopen by the May Half Term, ensuring ample opportunities for guests to engage in sports during their stay.
Access to the accommodation is through a communal lobby, leading to a small entrance hall and a well-appointed shower room. The living area is furnished with comfortable sofas and includes a TV and DVD player, while the dining space accommodates six people. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a hob, integrated oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Outside, the balcony features a garden table and chairs, and designated parking is available in the Lower Stables car park. Additional amenities include bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, and electric vehicle charging points located near the Leisure Centre.
