Set within an exclusive and secluded resort that overlooks a serene cove, 33 Lower Stables is just a short distance from the vibrant port town of Falmouth, known for its rich history. The surrounding countryside offers a peaceful retreat for those who appreciate nature, with established trees providing shelter to the resort's properties.
The resort features a range of amenities designed for leisure and relaxation, including a large indoor heated swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, and a sauna. For recreational activities, guests can enjoy two tennis courts, pool and table tennis tables, and a children's play area. Although the tennis courts are currently closed for maintenance, they are expected to reopen by the May Half Term, ensuring ample opportunities for guests to engage in sports during their stay.

Outside, the balcony features a garden table and chairs, and designated parking is available in the Lower Stables car park.
