The grand ballroom, which can be added for events, features a Victorian semi-circular bar and two fireplaces, making it suitable for dining events of up to 100 guests. The dining room can comfortably seat 30 at a grand banqueting table, with additional seating available, while the drawing rooms provide cozy spaces for relaxation.
Kippilaw House boasts beautiful grounds, including a Victorian covered veranda and a BBQ area with outdoor picnic seating. The property offers a fuel allowance included in each booking, and guests have the option to rent the extra tower rooms for an additional fee. For larger gatherings, a function suite with a ballroom can be added, accommodating up to 120 guests for dinner, with the possibility of expanding to include marquees on the lawn for events of up to 300 attendees, available upon request.
