Guests can unwind in the comfortable seating area, enjoy a movie on the Smart TV, or savor meals in the snug dining nook.
Outside, the private courtyard invites relaxation with a hot tub, charcoal BBQ, and garden furniture, perfect for enjoying the serene surroundings. The cottage is ideally located near the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the stunning Jurassic Coast, offering ample opportunities for scenic walks and exploration. The galley kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, ensuring guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the property provides easy access to nearby attractions, including the historic city of Exeter and various local parks and museums.
Upon arrival, guests will be greeted by the owners, who will provide a warm welcome and show them to the property. The cottage is designed with sustainability in mind, offering options to offset carbon emissions for environmentally conscious travelers. Essential amenities include EV car charging (available for an extra fee), a travel cot, and a highchair upon request. Guests are reminded to adhere to house rules, which include no smoking or parties, while children of all ages and two dogs (with an additional fee) are welcome to enjoy the space.
Booking at Woodbury Cottage requires a non-refundable deposit of 30%, with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival. A refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200 is also required to maintain property standards. In case of unforeseen government travel restrictions impacting bookings, a full refund of the holiday cost will be arranged.
