Walking enthusiasts will be spoiled for choice with woodland walks, the South West Coast Path, and Exmoor National Park only 8 miles away. The seaside village of Woolacombe is also within 8 miles and is popular with surfers as well as other water sport enthusiasts. It has 3 miles of golden sands and a plethora of independent shops and eateries. The pretty Victorian town of Ilfracombe is 5 miles away and from here you can take fishing trips or sail across to Lundy Island for a memorable day out. Also, close by are Exmoor Zoo, Combe Martin Dinosaur Park, and Watermouth Castle Theme Park, all within 10 miles. The approach to this beautiful cottage is down a long private farm track. Stepping through the main door you will enter the open plan lounge/kitchen. There are large comfortable sofas to relax on after a day of adventure so sit and watch a great movie with your family or friends on the Smart TV. The kitchen provides everything you need to cook up some of your favourite recipes; there s an electric oven and hob, a fridge/freezer, microwave, and a coffee machine to enjoy with your morning breakfasts.
