Villa 49 is a charming open-plan accommodation situated within the Millendreath Beach Resort in Cornwall, South West England. This villa can comfortably sleep up to four guests, featuring two bedrooms equipped with one king-size bed and two twin beds. Guests are provided with bed linen and towels, although they are advised to bring their own beach towels. The villa boasts easy accessibility, making it convenient for guests to enjoy their stay. Its prime location allows for a mere 500-yard stroll to the nearest beach, enhancing the overall beachside experience.

The villa is well-appointed with modern amenities, including an electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, and microwave, all set within a spacious kitchen area. A dining table and chairs are provided for mealtime gatherings, while a comfortable corner sofa and a 42" Plasma TV with Freeview ensure relaxation and entertainment. The property also features an enclosed veranda furnished with garden furniture, offering stunning views of the beach and sea, along with a storage box stocked with various beach equipment for guest use.

On-site facilities at the Millendreath Beach Resort include a bar, café, restaurant, and shop, all subject to seasonal opening times, providing guests with convenient dining and shopping options. Parking is readily available, with tickets priced at £20 per week. While family facilities are not provided, they can be hired if needed. Unfortunately, pets are not permitted, and smoking is strictly prohibited within the villa. Additionally, guests should be aware that the property is not suitable for individuals with mobility restrictions due to the 28 steps leading to the entrance.

Villa 49 also includes WiFi and electricity as part of the rental, with heating supplied by panel wall heaters and electricity managed through a card meter. A minimum gratuity of £10.00 is expected to be left for incoming guests, with the ability to top up the card on-site if necessary. The villa’s changeover times are set for 3 PM arrival and 10 AM departure. Guests will receive detailed travel and key collection instructions via email upon full payment.
