The apartment is equipped with essential amenities, including electric storage heaters, an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge, a washer/dryer, a Smart TV, and WiFi, ensuring a comfortable stay. All fuel and power costs are included in the rental price, along with bed linen and towels. However, guests should note that the property does not allow pets and prohibits smoking. Additionally, there is a deep pond at the bottom of the garden, so children must be supervised at all times. From October onward, the property exclusively accepts Saturday check-ins.
