Very close to public transport- Chalk Farm tube on the Northern Line (only a 15 minute journey to Tottenham Court Road or Oxford Circus.)

Absolutely no smoking or parties. Comfortably fits 4 guests.

## Interaction

Keys will be picked up and dropped off via a lockbox located on the outside of the building. All sets of keys must be returned to the lockbox securely at the end of your stay. The flat is being let by the helpful people at the agency 'Airsorted' who will be handling the booking and any queries or issues you may have prior to and during your stay. (My lovely neighbour Steve, who lives right next door in number 21 will also be available for any queries.)

## Neighborhood

This flat is in Chalk Farm, near hip, happening Camden Town- the famous markets, great nightlife, pubs, live music and restaurants, but far enough away from the noise. A short stroll away is chic Regent's Park Road full of cafes and boutiques and the surrounding parks of Primrose Hill where you can climb to see a magnificent view of London. Many restaurants and grocery stores located in nearby Chalk Farm Road and Kentish Town Road.

## Transit

5 minutes walk to Chalk Farm tube station (northern line). Or 5 minutes walk to Kentish Town West station (overground).

This flat comes with some of the current owner's contents still intact, hence the lower price for such a substantially sized flat in a sought after area. Some cupboards and shelves may have contents and cannot be moved. Ample closet and drawer space given and all surfaces, free of clutter.
