The space

The living area is well equipped with a 50” Smart TV with surround sound speakers and woofer, DVD player, Bluetooth speaker system, DVD library with over 400 titles for all ages.

Open plan to the living area is a very well-equipped kitchen with washer dryer, full-size fridge freezer, built-in electric oven and gas hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, panini press, sandwich and waffle toaster.

The apartment has a good size shower room with a spacious walk-in shower.

Parking

Weekly parking permits are available from Torbay Council which can be purchased online at Torbay.gov website. These permits allow parking at most council car parks throughout Torbay. There is a short stay car park right next to the property which is convenient for stays of up to 3 hours and dropping off. The long stay car parks are at Oxen Cove and Freshwater, which are approximately a 6-8 minute walk around the harbour. It is a picturesque walk, so may take you a little longer whilst you take in the views and stop for an ice-cream or cold drink on the way!

Located in Brixham, this apartment is near the beach. Brixham Harbour and Brixham Marina are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Golden Hind and Coleton Fishacre House & Gardens. Splashdown Quaywest and Greenway House and Garden are also worth visiting.
