You'll be staying on top of an old office building with a large outdoor area.

The building has no lift so you will need to use the stairs (approximately 74 steps or 6 flights of stairs).

There is a goods lift which can assist you with luggage transport!
The space
This will be your own private apartment, located within minute's walk from the most desirable spots in the West End.

The apartment is a split-level property, with living and kitchen space on the ground floor and the bedroom area on the top floor (only accessible via the stairs) you see in the main photo.

We can arrange the apartment so the bedroom is in the lounge (please let me know before arriving!), compromise on living room space if requested. This is also how the apartment can allow for 4 guests, 2 up and 2 down (the shelving unit houses a double bed that folds down), additionally the sofa also folds back as a bed.

In addition to a spacious apartment, you'll also have access to our very own private "grassed' courtyard, ideal for a morning coffee or al fresco dinner. Please note, this space is shared with me and our very friendly neighbours.

Other things to note
Please be reminded, this is an old property, the goods lift takes you to the third floor meaning that you still need to carry your luggage up one flight of stairs to get to the courtyard.

There are 74 steps from ground level to get to your apartment - I think of it as a bit of a workout before you get to relax - It's good for the soul :)

The apartment's internal steps to access the bedroom must be used with extreme caution. If you feel uncomfortable using them, let me know and I can arrange for the bedroom to be in the living room.

This apartment is located in London City Centre, a neighborhood in London. The British Museum and Natural History Museum are cultural highlights, and travelers looking to shop may want to visit Oxford Street and Covent Garden Market. Check out an event or a game at ExCeL Exhibition Centre, and consider making time for London Eye, a top attraction not to be missed.
