Situated in a private close with a parking space available- my light and spacious 2-bed flat is the perfect base for exploring the City. Just a short, 5-minute, walk to Lewisham Station and Elverson Road for Overground and DLR services into Central London.

London Bridge can be reached in 9 minutes, Charing Cross in 18 minutes and The London O2 Arena in 35 minutes.

Well located between New Cross, Blackheath Village, and Greenwich with their exciting culinary scenes and nightlife.

My third floor flat is all on one level and includes...

The two well-sized bedrooms are comfortable and have storage for clothing and belongings. The study area is peaceful and perfect for home working.

In the light, airy and generous-sized sitting room/dining room is a TV, comfortable sofa, two armchairs and a dining room table with four chairs.

The equipped kitchen includes a new oven, adequate surface space to prepare meals and a washing machine.

The bathroom is spacious with an over-bath shower, bath, basin and WC.

You will have access to the entire home during your stay. I won't be around in person, however, a remote self check-in gives flexibility for arrivals, after 3pm. My property management company, Pass the Keys®, is on hand to provide 24/7 guest support should you need any assistance during your stay.

My home is professionally cleaned and the linen and towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay. Each guest will receive one hand towel and one shower towel for the stay.

There will be some complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll, and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is Asda Supermarket on Thurston Road or Sainsburys on Loampit Vale, both, just a few minutes walk away.

Parking around the property is permit holder only. There will be a permit left within the property but this is dependent on the previous guest leaving this available. Please note that my home is within the Ultra Low Emissions Zone (ULEZ) and charges may apply for drivers.

There is an option to arrange for an additional pull-out single bed to be available within the property (subject to availability). This would be left by the desk with the bedding on top for Guests to use as required. The pull-out bed would need to be set up within the front room due to limited floor space in the bedrooms. There would be an additional charge of £15 per night of stay and this would include an extra towel and toiletry set. Please request this during your booking. Please note we would need 48hours notice to arrange for the extra bed to be delivered.

This apartment is located in Lewisham, a neighborhood in London. O2 Arena and The British Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's notable landmarks include Tower Bridge and Tower of London. Check out an event or a game at ExCeL Exhibition Centre, and consider making time for London Eye, a top attraction not to be missed.
