This comfortable one bedroom apartment is right in the heart of Birmingham City Centre. Situated within a stones throw from the Mailbox, all the amenities of the city are right on the on the doorstep, and is a perfect central location to explore all that the city has to offer.

The space
This beautiful apartment has lots of character including a fully restored fireplace. It has all the furnishings and fixtures for a stay away from home. The open plan living/ dining room is a bright and airy space to relax with fantastic views over Birmingham, with Smart TV, supporting all streaming services, as well as high speed Wi-Fi for internet access. A sofa bed is included too for your comfort.

The private bedroom features a comfortable double bed for your comfort with bedside table and plenty of wardrobe space.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/ freezer, and oven for a comfortable stay. The modern bathroom has full sized bath and shower, heated towel rail and complimentary toiletries.

The Mailbox is home to dozens of restaurants and bars, and situated on the Birmingham canal, a short walk down which will take you to the Utility Arena, Broad Street and Brindley Place. Venture through the Mailbox and it shops and you will find yourself a stones throw from New Street Station, Grand Central and the Bullring. A truly great location.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the whole apartment.

Other things to note
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
