You will be delighted by the fresh, neutral decor and natural light this property offers. The living space is open plan and social with a lovely sunny balcony providing a great spot to enjoy a coffee in the morning sun whilst planning your day of fun filled activities.

Positioned on the top floor of the building, well away from the road, the apartment guides you into open plan, generously proportioned social space with ample room for lounging and dining opening onto a sheltered south facing balcony which enjoys open views towards the River Gannel and Crantock beach.

The kitchen area is fitted with a generous range of modern, fully integrated appliances including a fridge freezer, washing machine and dish washer with an electric cooker and gas hob.

Both bedrooms (1 x king & 1 x twin) have plenty of built in storage with the main bedroom boasting a spacious ensuite with double shower.

The main bathroom is spacious and features a 'P' style bath with a shower over.

Within minutes of leaving the apartment you could dipping your toes into the Atlantic Ocean, from early morning flat calm paddle-boarding to consistent summer waves to try your hand at surfing & bodyboarding.

The world famous Fistral Beach hosts many surf events every year and is popular with families and surfers alike and offers Lifeguard cover from 28th of March - 1st November yearly.

There are many facilities at the beach including surf hire/lessons, Rick Stein's Fish & Chips, Fistral Beach Bar, The Fish House and a range of independent shops.

The River Gannel is a truly special place, a Mecca for watersports lovers at high tide and a beautiful, peaceful place to walk when the tide recedes.

There is a single allocated parking bay for one car and four visitor spaces, however we cannot guarantee that the the visitor spaces will be available at all times during your stay.

Unfortunately the apartment is not pet friendly.

Additional rules
Check in is no earlier than 4.00pm. Checkout is 10.00am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time.

Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys so please be careful with them. There is a £50 call out charge if you are locked out and require us to let you into the property. We recommended leaving the key in the key safe at all times.

This property sleeps up to 4 people only. No extra guests are permitted. Over occupancy will result in a charge of £100 per person, per night.

No smoking is permitted within the property or on the balcony at any time. If you are smoking outside (ground floor only), please ensure that all cigarette butts are removed and disposed of safety and correctly.

Unfortunately no pets are permitted at this property.

Please do not hang anything over or off the balcony.

We do not allow single sex parties/stag/hen groups. This is a family friendly property in a residential area, if we receive complaints from our neighbours a charge will incur.

We provide each guest with 1 bath and 1 hand towel. Please provide your own beach towels.

Please note that this is a self catering property and we provide you with enough basic supplies to get started with i.e washing up liquid, toilet roll, bin liners, dishwasher tablets etc. Please ensure you bring any extras with you.

There is one allocated parking bay clearly numbered 34, please do not park in anyone else’s space.

This apartment is located in Newquay. Newquay Golf Club and Great Western Beach are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Blue Reef Aquarium and Blue Reef Aquarium Newquay. Newquay Zoo and Oasis Fun Pools are also worth visiting.
