The space
Flat 16 is a ground floor apartment which can be accessed through private entrance in the rear next to the car park. Walk down the steps to the front door.

Enter into living room with dining area.

To the left you can enter both bedrooms, the master has the ensuite bathroom and dedicated workspace attached.
The stunning kitchen is at the rear of the living area and the main bathroom and washer room can be found at the very back of the property.

Guest access
Guests can access entire property. No shared areas.

Other things to note
One car can be parked for free in the car park, ample free on road parking.

Additional rules
Please switch off all heaters before going out and vacating the property.
Any extra cleaning required will be charged at £30 per hour plus cost of damages.
Please ensure any dirty plates etc have been cleaned and put away.
