The spacious open plan living area is bathed in light thanks to the large sliding glass doors that lead out on to the generous balcony. There's a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table, sofa, armchair and smart Tv. There are 2 spacious double bedrooms featuring large windows, plenty of storage space for clothes and luxurious double beds made up with crisp hotel linen. The modern family bathroom has a shower and bath, toilet and sink, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use.

Guests have sole access to the property.

Located in Wimbledon, SW London, just 15 minutes walk from Wimbledon Park and 30 minutes walk from Wimbledon Tennis Club, with transport links on your doorstep, this is the ideal city base. Wimbledon Park Underground is just 10 minutes walk away and will get you to central London within 20 minutes. There are a number of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars on your doortep. There is a supermarket just 2 minutes from the apartment.

Other Things to Note:
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 4 people.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.

Late check-in fees:
· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 fee.
· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 fee.

· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
