The lodge operates under a no-smoking policy, and a returnable security deposit of £250 is required to cover potential damages due to the high-quality furnishings. While there is a hot tub on the estate, it is not available for guest use, ensuring a tranquil environment. The estate itself spans 34 acres and features a variety of amenities including fishing lakes, a games room, children's play areas, and nature trails, all set in a serene rural landscape.

St. Tinney, the estate housing Lanaberry Lodge, is steeped in history and provides a peaceful retreat for both families and wildlife enthusiasts. Located near the stunning North Cornwall coastline, guests can explore sandy beaches, surfing spots, and charming harbours.
