The apartment has a homely and spacious feel, with wooden flooring and open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas with lots of natural light from the panoramic windows. The home also has a lovely roof terrace and two small balconies.
The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious meals.
There are two bedrooms, and both come with a double bed with hotel-quality linens for your comfort. You'll also find that both bedrooms have a desk and a chair, making it perfect for remote working. You can enjoy far-reaching views of the London skyline from the lounge and one of the bedrooms.
The apartment benefits from one bedroom opening onto a terrace with a seating area. The flat has good airflow in summer and is nice and warm during winter, thanks to an efficient heating system.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

## Access
Guests will have access to the entire home! The keys will need to be picked up at a keynest about a 7-minute walk from the property. The flat is also located on the 3rd floor.

## Neighborhood
There are many bars and restaurants, especially near the train station, Deptford Market Yard. Some recommended restaurants within two min walking distance are Marcela (Italian), SALT (Pizza), Badger Badger (Japanese boxes), and Blue Throat (restaurant and cocktail bar).
Many shops are all at close distance, from local ones like DeliX (Organic products) or established ones like Tesco and Asda.
## Transit
Excellent transport links from Deptford Train Station to main points of interest, including one stop to London Bridge (Tower Bridge and Borough Market) and two visits to Blackfriars for Waterloo (Southbank, Tate Gallery and St Pauls). At the same time, Greenwich town/ park is only a short walk away and 1 min on the train.
Regarding airports, there is a direct train to Luton, and Gatwick airport is only half an hour from London Bridge.
New Cross station is also just a 7 min walk and takes you to Canada Water in the Jubilee Line (Canary Wharf, Westminster) and trendy Shoreditch in just 15 min.
## Notes
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
Located in London, this apartment is in the city center. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Hyde Park and Finsbury Park, while O2 Arena and The British Museum are cultural highlights. London Eye and Natural History Museum are not to be missed. Be sure not to miss outdoor adventures like hiking/biking trails and cycling.
Self-catering cottage holidays in the UK and Ireland can still be a green option. You can have the comforts of home and the flexibility to do what you want; when you want - without the hassles of air travel!
