## Space
Newly redecorated, our living room is large and boasts a comfortable corner sofa + a lovely armchair, A 50-inch flat-screen TV with Freeview and Roku TV, and a dining table for four by the window.
The kitchen is a large open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries you'll need to cook delicious meals. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.
The Master bedroom features a new double bed with a new mattress, a bedside table with lamps, and plenty of storage for your stay.
There are two bedrooms. Both bedrooms are furnished with a heavenly double bed that comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens and a side table and lights. There is also a cupboard here for you to store your clothes and items.
The bathroom contains all the essentials you'll need for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Near to both Haymarket and Edinburgh train station (about 0.6 mile). Near bus stops, Walking distance to Tram (West End- 0.4 Mile). Easy access to Edinburgh airport.
## Notes
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
This apartment is located in Old Town Edinburgh, a neighborhood in Edinburgh. Edinburgh Castle and Royal Mile are notable landmarks and Edinburgh Zoo is a popular area attraction. Camera Obscura and World of Illusions and Royal Commonwealth Pool are also worth visiting.
Self-catering cottage holidays in the UK and Ireland can still be a green option. You can have the comforts of home and the flexibility to do what you want; when you want - without the hassles of air travel!
