Looking for a trendy place to stay in London? This is a third-floor flat in a Regency-Era building less than five minutes away from the British Museum on foot. It's got everything you need for a wonderful stay, from great local bars and restaurants to trendy shops and designer stores, so you can enjoy the best of the city's diverse offerings. Soho and Oxford Circus are just nearby, while Tottenham court road can take you to most parts of the city!

The living space is thoughtfully furnished and tastefully decorated. The space is spacious and has a comfortable sofa, a small private balcony just outside, and a widescreen TV to keep you entertained throughout your stay. The kitchen is small but fully equipped, with an electric hob, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle, and coffee machine. The complimentary coffee pods are a welcoming treat for guests.

The two bedrooms are both cosy and sophisticated, with the first bedroom being slightly bigger and having a built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom is equally charming, with a queen-size bed, a fitted wardrobe, and lots of natural sunlight. . The bathroom has all the essentials you need, including a shower, a toilet, a sink, and a mirror. Fresh towels and toiletries are also provided.

Located in the heart of Fitzrovia, London. It's known for its vibrant atmosphere and is home to a variety of eclectic cafes, bars, and restaurants. The area is also home to some of the city's most popular tourist attractions, including The British Museum, M and M's World London, Russell Square, Royal Opera House, and The Shaftesbury Theatre. For shoppers, Liberty London is a must-visit, while fitness lovers will appreciate the area's many spas, including the world-famous Liberty London. The neighbourhood is also well-connected to the city's transport network, with Goodge Street and Tottenham Court Road stations just a few minutes' walk away. The lofty BT Tower is also an iconic city landmark.

This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. You will need to pick up and return keys to the home approximately 3 minutes walking away - details will be provided no earlier than 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :)

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
