The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, such as an induction cooker, an oven and a microwave.

Both bedrooms have a comfy double bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest.

The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, such as a bathtub, a shower, a toilet and a sink. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

It is located apartment complex in Manchester that puts you within easy reach of some of the city's most popular attractions. The Science and Industry Museum is a must-see for anyone interested in the town's history, and the Old Trafford Cricket Ground is a great place to catch a match. The Manchester Museum is also worth a visit, and Alexandra Park is a beautiful spot for a stroll or picnic.

Orrell station is just 5-mins away on foot.

Manchester Airport is a 40-minute drive from the property.

## Notes

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Located in Wigan, this apartment is in the city center. Beacon Park Golf Club and Wigan Roller Rink are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Three Sisters Racing Circuit and Darkstar Ultimate Laser Arena. Dream and Knowsley Safari Park are also worth visiting. Be sure not to miss outdoor adventures like hiking/biking trails and cycling.
