This Luxurious penthouse offers an amazing view of the City of London. Within walking distance, you can enjoy the location amenities such as supermarkets, and barbers, including plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas.

It is designed with open dining, kitchen and living areas. Featuring a flat-screen TV, and a sofa bed to accommodate two and two amazing private terraces along either side of the apartment.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries to whip up some yummy meals including a washing machine.

The large bedroom comes with a king-sized bed lined in hotel-quality lines and bedsheets, a flatscreen TV (for you to enjoy your shows in bed), and a dedicated work desk for those who work remotely.

The bathroom contains all the essentials you’ll need; fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

Note: The building is beside the train tracks, so there will be noise every 2-5 min up until midnight. There is no parking.

Whitechapel is a vibrant, multicultural district in the East End, with many traditional pubs and curry houses, and the lively Whitechapel Market, a focal point for Asian food, discount fashion, and homewares. The cobblestone alleys here are the setting for guided walks about the 1800s Jack the Ripper murders, while the trendy Whitechapel Gallery hosts contemporary art exhibitions and film screenings.

## Transit

You'll have no trouble getting around town by car or public transport. Shadwell DLR/Overground, Tower Hill Station, and Aldgate and Aldgate East train stations are within walking distance, while Heathrow Airport is just 19.3 miles away.

## Notes

This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
