The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the essentials with small conveniences. Enjoy the complimentary coffee pods while you grab your meals at the dining table.

Outside the main living area is the balcony, a great place to hang out and dine al fresco.

The apartment has two bedrooms, each with a king and double beds. The beds are fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens so guests will have a good night’s sleep. If guests work remotely, there is a work desk in both bedrooms, which is perfectly adequate to suit their needs.

The bathrooms downstairs, main and ensuite, have all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up, including towels and complimentary toiletries.

Cleaning and sanitisation will be done before your anticipated arrival.

It is home to hip cocktail bars and taprooms along Kingsland Road and under the arches of the London Overground railway. The Regent’s Canal towpath passes houseboats and waterside cafes and leads to nearby Broadway Market with its indie shops and eateries, plus artisan food stalls on Saturdays. Hackney City Farm has resident chickens, goats, and donkeys in leafy Haggerston Park.

The nearest train line is Overground, connected to Haggerstone station and is a 4-minute walk away. However, if you're heading to Central/City of London, you can take the 91 bus from the nearby Tesco Express to Trafalgar Square.

Note: To make the flat friendly for couples with young kids, you will find a foldable baby bed, bath, and a changing table, they are stored on the left-side corner of the master bedroom. You will also find a foldable baby high chair in the utility room.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Oxford Street and Covent Garden Market are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Finsbury Park and Hyde Park.
