Welcome to my home!
Bright and modestly decorated, the living room features a plush L-shaped sofa where you can sit back and relax while you watch TV or read a book in front of the fireplace. There’s a separate dining area where you can grab your meals together with loved ones.
The kitchen is fully equipped with basic cookware such as a stove, a toaster, oven and cutlery, so, feel free and cook up a storm!
There’s also a washer for all your laundry needs.
Both bedrooms come with a comfy double bed and a chest drawer with ample space. Plus, hotel-quality linens will be provided to ensure you’ll have a comfortable sleep.
The bathrooms have all the essentials you’ll need to freshen up including a toilet, a sink and a bathtub with shower. We also provide fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.
## Neighborhood
Located on Hopetoun Street, the bustling areas of the city centre are only a 10 minute walk away. The flat is also just a few minutes strolls to the top of Leith Walk and The Playhouse Theatre.
Along Leith Walk, you’ll find numerous shops and even thrift shops selling various goods, and many restaurants, pubs and trendy cafes offering delicious cuisines and treats. Head down to the Shore where you’ll find waterfront seafood bistros and traditional pubs that fills the area.
If you wish to see the historical sites, The Royal Yacht Britannia, the Queen’s former floating residence, is only a short walk away, with the popular Ocean Terminal mall located near it. The renowned Edinburgh Castle and Arthur's Seat are also within walking distance from my home!
Edinburgh Airport is just 26 mins drive from the flat.
## Transit
As the flat is located near the commercial districts, within just a short walk, you’ll find yourself surrounded by public transportation options.
In Edinburgh, the main bus operating company is Lothian Buses. They offer a great free app that provides route maps, fare information and live bus times. If exploring Edinburgh is your goal, this is a must-have tool!
Our home is also located near to multiple bus stops where you can hop on and reach other areas of the city! The nearest bus stop is along Elm Row.
Otherwise, taxis are always available and everywhere so close, prices are often quite affordable.
## Notes
This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (15:00 on the day).
If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us.
Also, note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
This apartment is located in Bonnington, a neighborhood in Edinburgh, and is in the mountains. Edinburgh Castle and Royal Mile are notable landmarks and Edinburgh Zoo is a popular area attraction. Looking to enjoy an event or a game while in town? See what's happening at Easter Road Stadium or Meadowbank Stadium. Be sure not to miss outdoor adventures like hiking and cycling.
Self-catering cottage holidays in the UK and Ireland can still be a green option. You can have the comforts of home and the flexibility to do what you want; when you want - without the hassles of air travel!
