The spacious living room features a comfy sofa and a chaise long, where you can relax and a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows. The area features windows designed in a way to catch maximum natural sunlighting that brightens up the space making it even more inviting.

The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as an electric stove, an oven and a coffee machine.

The first bedroom is a pleasant room with a King bed, and a wardrobe, The second bedroom has a double bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

Restaurants and bars, such as Loch Ness House Beefeater, Premier Inn Inverness West Hotel, Dows Bar, Loch Ness Golf Club, and Black BX Food, are all close by. For a quick bite to eat, there are also takeaways such as Hilton Chip Shop Inverness, Domino's Pizza - Inverness - South, and JuicyNess Smoothie Bar.

The best to reach the property is by your own transport. The Inverness station is only 3.8 km away, making it easy to get around.

## Notes

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

This apartment is located in Inverness. Inverness Museum and Art Gallery and Eden Court Theatre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Torvean Golf Club and Glen Ord Distillery. Inverness Botanic Gardens and Tazball Paintball & Lazer Combat Arena are also worth visiting.
