The fully equipped modern kitchen has all the essential cookware and cutleries you’ll need to cook a delicious meal, including an oven and a refrigerator.

The apartment has two bedrooms furnished with double beds and hotel-quality linens so you can enjoy a good night’s sleep.

The contemporary bathroom contains all the essentials you’ll need to freshen up, such as a bathtub, a toilet and a sink. There is also an extra toilet to use. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The home is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

This property is about 25 minute's walk from St Andrew Square tram stop, making it the perfect base for exploring all this historic city has to offer.

Edinburgh Airport is just a 20-minute drive from the property.

## Notes

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Located in Edinburgh, this apartment is in the city center. Edinburgh Castle and Royal Mile are notable landmarks and Edinburgh Zoo is a popular area attraction. Royal Botanic Garden and Camera Obscura and World of Illusions are also worth visiting. Explore all the area has to offer with hiking/biking trails and cycling.
