Welcome to our home!
Stylishly furnished and very spacious, our lovely flat boasts lots of natural lighting, and a beautiful view of the park.
You'll find that the home has an open plan, allowing you to enjoy sun for the whole morning, until lunchtime, from almost anywhere in the flat.
In the living room, you'll find the Samsung Frame TV, along with a large and comfortable sofa. Just by it, is the dining area.
You'll also find the kitchen is fully-equipped, complete with a hob, oven, cookware and cutleries for your use.
Comfortably accommodating up to 4, the apartment has 2 bedrooms. You'll find in both rooms a double-bed fitted with hotel-quality linens for your comfort.
There are 2 bathrooms. 1 features a bath and an attached showerhead, while the other only a shower. We also provide fresh towels and free eco-friendly toiletries for your convenience.
For your safety, we make sure the flat is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized.

## Neighborhood
Located in the east of Marylebone, this cosy flat is well located near local amenities including post offices, Sainsbury’s and Tesco convenience stores. A few minutes’ walk away are a variety of pubs and restaurants including the famous Sea Shell on Lisson Grove, which boasts the best fish and chips in London! If a stroll in the park is more your thing, you have a choice of two of the largest in London. Regents Park is a short 10 min walk east with local museums nearby and Zoo. The other, Hyde Park, a 20 min walk south which hosts Kensington Palace.
## Transit
Edgware Road Station (Circle, District, Hammersmith and City Lines) is a 3 minute walk from the flat and Marylebone Station (Overground, Bakerloo Line) is an 11 minute walk away. Baker Street Station is also a 15 minute walk away. Otherwise, there are several bus stops nearby that connect you through London. Buses, Uber and taxis are readily available as well.
## Notes
This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (15:00 on the day). You will be required to pick up and return the set of keys within walking distance to the property (3 minutes). If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us.
Please note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present.
Also, note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. This apartment is located in London City Centre, a neighborhood in London. Marble Arch and Buckingham Palace are notable landmarks, and travelers looking to shop may want to visit Oxford Street and Covent Garden Market. Check out an event or a game at Wembley Stadium, and consider making time for Natural History Museum, a top attraction not to be missed.
Self-catering cottage holidays in the UK and Ireland can still be a green option. You can have the comforts of home and the flexibility to do what you want; when you want - without the hassles of air travel!
