Entrance -
This flat has a dedicated parking space and key box access at the rear of the building for self check in. Entry is up the stairs to Flat 1.
There is street access to the front of the building for the remainder of your stay once the keys have been retrieved from the lock ox at the rear.

Living Area -
The spacious living area boasts an 'L' shape sofa and window seating. There is a smart TV and electric fire. The space is light, bright and welcoming.
The sofa can convert into a sofa bed to sleep 2 extra guests.

Kitchen/Dining Area -
The well equipped kitchen has everything you should need to do some home cooking during your stay. There is a fridge/freezer, oven & hob, microwave , kettle & toaster.
There is a dining area here with seating for two and another electric fireplace.

Bedroom -
There is a spacious bedroom with a king size bed, decorative fireplace and window seats. With lots of built in wardrobe storage for clothing and belongings.
One of the large wardrobes has a pull out desk space and stool for anyone who needs a workspace during their stay.

Bathroom -
There is one main bathroom in the property which has a shower over bath, W/C and hand basin.

Extras -
Access is via a set of stairs from the rear of the property
