## Space
This is the perfect place to call home throughout your time in Scotland's historical capital. It's location is unrivalled and it's surrounding areas are saturated with highly rated bars, restaurants and cafes which are all celebrated by locals and tourists alike.
With 2 double bedrooms, and a sizeable and roomy living area, guests can truly relax and unwind during down periods of their stay. There is also a fully equipped kitchen which guests are encouraged to use, complete with oven, hob, kettle and all expected utensils.
The property will also receive a full and substantial clean prior to each check-in. Additionally, it will be replenished with fresh bed linen, bath towels and toiletries.
With traditional high ceilings and large Georgian sash and case windows, an abundance of light is invited into this historic building. Similarly, the originally fitted wooden floor create a feeling of prestige and nostalgia to old Edinburgh.

## Interaction
I won’t be available in person but I have a fantastic support team who can be contacted by phone or email!
## Neighborhood
Known for being home to Edinburgh’s main university campus at George Square, Newington has a busy student culture and is littered with restaurants, cafes and bars. From Newington it is about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the city centre with the leafy residential area of the Grange to Newington’s West and Liberton and Gilmerton to the South. The building of South Bridge in 1788 connected once rural Newington to the city and still stands as a bustling connecting road today. The architecture is made up of Victorian tenement flats commonly seen throughout the rest of Edinburgh. Be sure to check out my guidebook for food and drink recommendations in the area!
