The nearby town of Bideford (3.5 miles) provides a pannier market and from its pretty quayside, you can enjoy a trip to Lundy Island on the famous MS Oldenburg. Other attractions and places of interest accessible from here include the picture postcard fishing villages of Appledore (3 miles) and Clovelly (12 miles), Instow (5 miles), Hartland Abbey (15.5 miles) and Quay (17 miles), Tapeley Park (4.5 miles), The Big Sheep (2.5 miles), The Milky Way (10 miles), RHS Rosemoor ( 11 miles) and Dartington Crystal (10 miles). The contemporary apartment is accessed via a standard internal staircase but once in the apartment, it is all on one level. The spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner is light and bright. The Smart TV and comfortable sofas allow for cosy nights in, whilst the kitchen/diner area is well equipped and has everything you will need to cook a three course meal or just a light snack with an electric oven and hob, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker and fridge/freezer. Walking back through the hallway there are two bedrooms: one king size, which teases you with side views of the nearby ocean, and one twin room. There is no outside space, but the beach, Northam Burrows Country Park and children s play park area are all within a short walk.
